I’m Favour Ogazi, an operator and writer working in Africa’s cross-border payments space. I lead operations at Mighty, an institutional liquidity pipeline. I build the teams, processes and systems that support the business as it grows.

I write about life, people, love, faith and everything in between. Outside work, I enjoy travelling, teaching, making vlogs, having good conversations and finding new things to obsess over.
